According to figures released by the Hellenic Association of Insurance Companies for the period January-April 2021, premium turnover increased by 10.4% compared to the same period in 2020, with Life insurance rising by 19.4% and Non-life insurance up by 3.0%.
More specifically, by sector, premium turnover stood as follows:
April saw an impressive rise, as the total increase stood at 18.0%, with Life insurance up by 38.3% and Non-life insurance up by 3.2%, compared to the same period in 2020.
