Marina Kapetanaki is new senior partner at KPMG

Marina Kapetanaki was named new senior partner at KPMG in Greece and will assume her new duties effective 1 July 2024, following on from Nikolaos Vouniseas at the company’s helm.

Ms Kapetanaki is an Economics graduate and a certified auditor and member of the Greek Institute of Certified Public Accountants (SOEL). She has been with KPMG for more than 25 years. She began her career in the company’s Audit Department. In 2013, she moved to the Advisory Services Division, initially as head of Deal Advisory and recently with expanded duties as head of the entire Advisory Division for KPMG in Greece. Since 2020, she has been a member of the company’s Executive Committee. Her specialization in the Mergers and Acquisitions Division and financial resolution significantly expanded KPMG Greece’s portfolio of advisory services, with partnerships in both the private and public sectors. As head of Advisory Services at KPMG Greece, she oversaw a team of 300 advisors.
