Ergo Insurance supports new partners with its integrated Sales Agents Induction Program

  • Ergo Insurance has always invested in its brokerage networks, recognising their important contribution to the company’s steadily upward course and to achieving its productive goals. At the same time, the strengthening and renewal of its corporate network with new associates and modernisation of its sales office infrastructure constitutes a strategic choice. As such, Ergo has developed the Ergo Sales Agents Induction Program, a new scheme to welcome and induct new insurance associates into its corporate partner network.

    More than 30 new associates from all over Greece, who began working with the company in the first half of 2023, took part in the first Ergo Sales Agents program at the Ergo offices. The aim of the program was to allow new agents to get to know more about the company and its different sectors, divisions and departments, to meet and talk with executives, receive training in Argo’s programs and procedures so they could form a complete picture of their cooperation with the company and the size of the organisation, and to be inducted quickly into its productive activity.

    The two-day program was co-organised by Ergo’s Division of Corporate Agent Sales Network and its Training Department. On the first day, the new insurance agents had the opportunity to tour the company facilities, and to meet and talk with the people at Ergo who support their daily work. They then attended presentations of products and services, as well as all digital applications and tools that each Ergo’s insurance agent uses.

    The second day was devoted to experiential exercises related to the daily routine of an insurance advisor, modern marketing services, the importance of customer experience and developments in the field of private insurance.

    Ergo’s Director of the Corporate Agent Sales Network Anastasios N. Papadopoulos said: “We are systematically developing our company network by staffing sales offices with new partners who are getting the appropriate knowledge and skills for a successful professional career at Ergo.”

    For his part, Ergo Director of Sales Stathis Tsaousis added: “Focusing on further developing our corporate network, we are investing in creating new associates who, having completed their cycle of training, are called upon to offer insurance services with added value to their potential customers, making use of the products and tools that Ergo officers.”
