Andreas Rouvas has assumed the duties of general manager at Europe Insurance as of 1 March.
Mr Rouvas, a well-known executive in the Greek insurance industry, has a degree in Mathematics and has held a variety of top management positions of responsibility at insurance companies in his career to date.
“Mr Rouvas, with his multi-year experience and deep knowledge of private insurance issues, will make a decisive contribution to the effective implementation of our corporate strategy and the strong growth of our company. We are very happy to welcome him to Europe Insurance and wish him every success in his new duties,” said Nikos Makropoulos, company president and CEO.
For his part, Mr Rouvas said: “Assuming my duties as general manager at a top insurance company with specialised products and high solvency is a great honour and at the same time a great responsibility for me. As a member of the team, my goal is to contribute all I can to further improve the products and services we offer our policyholders and partners.”
