Ethniki Insurance welcomes the new member of its digital family as it launches the new, modern customer portal, MyEthniki. Through MyEthniki, available online at my.ethniki-askfalistiki.gr, Ethniki Insurance customers can access the details of their policies and a number of other functionalities through their mobile phone, tablet or computer. They can see what their policies cover, the details of insured members, download documents, check on premiums due and of course pay their premiums online. Customers can find useful information about who to contact in the event of an accident, loss or hospitalisation, and obtain service for their policies. The new customer portal is user-friendly and has been designed based on customer needs to provide subscribers with a complete picture of their policy, in one place that is accessible from anywhere and at any time of day. Ethniki Insurance invests in customer service and is preparing to add other functionalities to MyEthniki in 2022 that will improve customer experience even more and provide greater control of their policies.
