Dynamis Insurance has completed its transitional period and is moving on to the next day with a reorganisation of its Board of Directors.
Georgios Kalpakos retains the position of president, while Panagiotis Vlachogeorgakopoulos assumes the position of executive vice-president.
Kimon-Reinier Efstathopoulos assumes the duties of CEO, while Ioannis Tzanakos remains on the board as an executive member.
The membership of the Board committees remains unchanged.
Specifically, the Dynamis S.A. Board of Directors line-up is as follows:
- Georgios Kalpakos, son of Athanasios, president of the Board, non-executive member
- Panagiotis Vlachogeorgakopoulos, son of Konstantinos, vice-president of the Board, executive member
- Kimon-Reinier Efstathopoulos, son of Theodoros, CEO, executive member
- Ioannis Tzanakos, son of Panagiotis, executive member
- Alkmini Karakosta, daughter of Pavlos, non-executive member
- Danae Karakosta, daughter of Pavlos, non-executive member
- Maria Dimtsoudi, daughter of Georgios, independent non-executive member
- Athina Chondraki, daughter of Emmanouil, independent non-executive member
- Klearchos Mavrilakos, son of Antonios, independent non-executive member
