Allianz Greece is once again No. 1 on the Customer Satisfaction Index

In reaffirming its focus on customer needs, Allianz Greece found itself at the top of the insurance industry in Greece for the 7th consecutive year: The company was ranked first on the Customer Satisfaction Index (Net Promoter Score) for Non-life insurance for 2022, which confirms the company’s strength as a loyalty leader.

Internationally, the NPS is one of the most reliable metric tools and is also used by the Allianz Group to most confidently measure customer satisfaction. Allianz Greece has conducted the NPS survey since 2006, always in accordance with the specifications set by the Group; this year, it carried out the survey electronically through the YouGov platform.

Alongside customer likelihood of recommending the company and its services to others, which is the backbone of surveys such as this, Allianz Greece’s questionnaire for 2022 dug deeper into overall experience and customer interaction with the brand and included all stages of service and all points of contact.

Regarding the results, which once again placed Allianz Greece in the position of Loyalty Leader, Christos Theodoridis, head of Marketing, Communication, CRM & CCC for the company, noted: “We are very proud that, for yet another year, our customers recognised the effort we make every day to be at their side, helping them to feel they are always Ready for Life.
