An important trip for 30 Interamerican executives was undertaken the week of 22-27 January to the Netherlands with the aim of reviewing best practices in specific insurance sectors, accessing cutting edge technologies, exchanging experiences and further expanding the company’s network of partnerships.
It is worth noting that as part of Interamerican’s sustainable development strategy and the reduction of the environmental footprint created by its operation, this trip was climate-neutral, as the company calculated the greenhouse gas emissions resulting from the participants’ travel and stay based on international standards and implemented carbon offsets through international environmental projects.
Through a carefully designed itinerary, Interamerican executives were able to visit important subsidiaries of the parent company and dynamic enterprises outside the Group known for their innovation, operating model and results.
During the workshops that were held, participants had the opportunity to exchange views and discuss matters of strategy, operation, organisation, digitisation and sustainable development.
