The EurolifePass, the digital card provided by Eurolife FFH, is being enhanced with new functionalities and features to offer an integrated service experience for its company customers. The EurolifePass is easily stored on Eurolife FFH policyholders’ mobile phone so they can have all the information regarding their policies saved in one place. For Eurolife FFH, the value lies in always standing by the people who trust it; that is why it continually improves its products and services by adding new capabilities.

The renewed version of the EurolifePass comes equipped with two new features. The first is the implementation of a number of deep links through which users can submit claims for compensation or request changes, as well as having international insurance issued for their vehicle or requesting roadside assistance.

The second feature is the option to allow push notifications through which users can learn immediately of any changes or amendments to their policies. By activating push notifications, users directly receive any information relative to the status of their policy (active, inactive, unpaid), reminders about payments due, and notifications about available balance (applies to group insurance policies) on their mobile device. In addition, by activating geolocation for Health policies, the fast selection of the card is available to use at contracting hospitals.

The EurolifePass offers a new service experience for Eurolife FFH policyholders and assures them that they have complete control of their policies at their fingertips. Based on innovation and ease of use, the EurolifePass allows users to simply and clearly obtain all the information they need about their policies and covers.

The EurolifePass is available for six types of Eurolife FFH insurance (Motor, Health, Home, Life, Savings/Investment, Group Insurance) for iOS Wallet and Google Pay, online and offline, through EurolifeConnect. Eurolife FFH policyholders can add the EurolifePass to their mobile phone by following these steps:

  • Step 1: Connect to EurolifeConnect on a mobile phone or tablet
  • Step 2: Select the “My policies” tab
  • Step 3:
  • For iOS devices, select “Add to Apple Wallet”
  • For Android devices, select “G Pay Save to phone”

With regard to the operation and use of the EurolifePass, the holder just has to select it on their mobile phone and show the particulars or QR code to the contracting partner, whereby they will be transferred automatically to the website with all the information about each insurance policy.
