Ydrogios Insurance is offering its policyholders a modern, enriched insurance experience through its digital platform and app, MyYdrogios.
This integrated digital tool offers convenience and immediacy in connection with their insurance, their relationship and communication with the company and their insurance broker from anywhere and at any time.
The platform can be accessed from either a computer at my.ydrogios.gr, or from a tablet or smartphone by downloading the free application from Google Play or the Apple Store.
Once registered and connected to “My Ydrogios”, any Ydrogios Insurance policyholder has a single point of access to a number of facilities related to insurance policies and compensation, as well as other useful services. These include:
- Viewing insurance policies of any type, covers and benefits and other useful information.
- Downloading the policy, terms and conditions of the insurance and other useful documents.
- Reviewing the record of payments and paying premiums easily and directly through YdrogiosPayOnline.
- Monitoring the progress of claims for compensation and sending any outstanding documents to the company quickly and easily.
- Accessing the contact details of their insurance broker and contacting them with one click.
- Directly calling Accident Care/Roadside Assistance, finding the nearest contracted garages and other service points.
- Obtaining information about prevention and insurance through relevant articles and useful tips.
MyYdrogios is one more initiative as part of Ydrogios Insurance’s digital transformation that strives to improve customer and partner experience and transition to simplified and greener insurance procedures and services. The application was developed by the IT Division in partnership with Parity Telematics.
