Interamerican’s innovative Agency Training System shows promising results after 1 year of operation

Recognising the fact that, in a world full of new challenges, training is the key to success, Interamerican created a unique, modern training system to provide insurance consultants, team managers, unit managers and coordinators the necessary environment and tools to help them stand out.

By combining theoretical learning and practical training, with educational and research material based on Greek and international organisations, Interamerican’s training system provides its insurance consultants a number of educational programs, such as specialisation in insurance plans, technical insurance knowledge, modern sales and customer service skills, the legal framework and digital skills.

At the heart of the system is a powerful digital platform, the Digital Learning Academy, which incorporates every technological innovation in the field of digital learning for traditional and modern teaching with courses focused not only on knowledge but also on trainee skills. Distance learning seminars are held through the platform, along with courses preparing new Group partners for certification exams.

The results of the training system’s operation are significant. The satisfaction index for partners is 91% for more than 160 available e-learnings. There were 14,000 participations in 200 training sessions in 2021, with an average satisfaction rate of 4.9 out of 5. Also in 2021, 16,500 e-learning programs were successfully completed. Meanwhile, an increase was also noted in productivity and results amongst partners who took part in the specialised sales workshops, along with improvement in the efficiency of new partners within a shorter period.

In following the practices of global financial planning organisations and systematically aiming to add value for its partners, Interamerican endeavours to work towards a three-faceted goal: “Learning, Advancement, Success”.
