Interlife: Increased turnover in all sectors in first half of 2022

Interlife Insurance recorded a significant increase in turnover for the first half of 2022, further strengthening its position on the insurance market.

Specifically, Motor GTPL insurance came to€22,133,213 (up 6.81% from the same six-month period in 2021) and turnover in Other Non-life sectors came to €18,583,581 (an increase of 15.62% over the same period in 2021). It is noted that the participation rate between registered premiums in Motor GTPL and Other Non-life sectors was 54%-46% (compared to 57%-43% for the same six-month period in 2021).

The fleet of insured vehicles on 30/6/2022 comprised 393,208 vehicles (up 8.91% from the fleet of insured vehicles on 31/12/2021), raising the company’s market share to 5.89%.

In commenting on the turnover of the first six months of 2022, Interlife President and CEO Ioannis P. Votsaridis said:
