Syneteristiki Insurance announced that its new board of directors, elected at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 24 June 2022, had convened as a body.
Alexandros Kontos was elected new chair of the board. Elected to the three vice-chair seats were Marco Sordoni, Luca Haidari and Georgios Sallas. Dimitris Zorbas retains his position as CEO and General Manager of the company. Also elected as members of the new board were: Remi Cerdan, Nicolas Fauvarque, Alfonso Galante, Veronique Wellemans, Andreas Dimitriou, Nikolaos Theodoridis, Sofia Karagianni, Dimitrios Kountouriadis, Christos Barlias and Athanasios Sotiropoulos.
